Digital Services Act points of contact
- For users (Article 12): support@slingdrop.my, or the Report button on any drop. You'll reach a person, not a bot.
- For authorities in the EU, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11): support@slingdrop.my, subject "DSA authority request". Orders to act against illegal content or provide information (Articles 9 and 10) can be sent to the same address.
- Languages: English and Swedish.
- We're established in Sweden, so we don't need a legal representative in the EU.
Reporting illegal content
Use the Report button on the drop, or email us with the link, why you believe the content is illegal, your name and email, and a statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate. Our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service explain what happens next and how to appeal.
